Under the hood: Ford 347 cid (10.5:1 compression) engine built by Hawaii Racing, outfitted with Holley 650 carburetor, all braided SS lines throughout with a Shelby factory aluminum radiator, custom headers & sidepipes (street and open track). Geartrain: Lakewood scattershield, McLeod clutch, pressure plate and flywheel, Tremec TKO 5-speed gearbox with period correct shifter, 3.54:1 Shelby aluminum Salisbury rear end. Chassis particulars: 4-wheel independent suspension precisely as per original, 4-wheel Baer disc brakes, ladder-type tube steel 3" seamless 0.125" wall, rack & pinion steering, front & rear swaybars. Rolling stock: Lynn Park–supplied FIA-style wheel (aluminum alloy, pin-drive knock-off wheels, with spinners) and Goodyear Blue Streak tires (two sets wheels and tires). In the cockpit: Shelby leather interior, Stewart Warner instrument gauges, 15" hardwood-rimmed steering wheel, 4-point Simpson passenger harness, 5-point Simpson driver harness, spun aluminum mirrors, floormats, A/C components (horn cap, clutch & brake pedals), onboard halon fire-suppression system.
